Terms and Conditions


1. All orders shipped to the United States will be provided with a tracking number.

2. Express Mail will be delivered overnight in most US cities. However, the US postal service may extend the delivery an extra day in some areas. Contact you local postal service for next day delivery policy. Express Mail will be shipped the same day from Monday through Friday if the order is placed before 12:00 noon.

3. Orders that need to be reshipped, for incorrect addresses entered by the customer, will incur an additional shipping charge.

4. All orders paid with Paypal will be shipped to the address listed on the Paypal account. IF this is a gift or you need to send it to a different address, you must change your billing address on your Paypal account.

5. All orders paid with credit card will be shipped to the billing address unless the customer completes the verification process to ship to a different address. IF response towards communication fails, we will ship the order to the billing address.


1. ∗First Class Package International: $6.99 – 20 to up to 45 days for some countries. Tracking number unavailable for most countries.

∗Priority Express Mail International: $45.00 – Tracking info Available. 5 to 7 days.

2. All orders are shipped from the United States via United States Postal Service (USPS) and delivers in the recipient’s country by the Official Postal Service in that Country.

3. Non tracking shipping options will be provided with Customs ID # of package as a proof of shipment. This information can be checked at www.usps.com

4. Lost items in the mail is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller will not refund orders without tracking information.

5. Customer must select the correct shipping method for corresponding country. Otherwise this may result in voiding the order.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results you can return the product within the next 15 days of receiving the order for a refund of your money minus an $8.99 processing fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Purchase of the Introductory NoseSecret kit that include the three different sizes is the only product that qualifies for refund. Purchase of single pairs do not qualify for refund.

To expedite your refund:

  • Email us to inform us  your desire of returning the item. Include name and approximate date of order in the email and package.
  • Write “REFUND” on the exterior of the envelope.
  • Use a reliable delivery service with tracking information  to make sure the return  reach us on time to avoid processing delays.

We do not resell products that have left our warehouse. However, we require return of the product for inventory purposes.
